Problem getting data from OCS Conference Stats and IM and File Transfer

Hello,

We have no problems with Exchange data and reports but after installing the OCS module we just see reports for Server Inventory and OCS Enabled Users. We have verified we have data on the LcsLog but it seems the task that gathers data from it and inserts on the MessageStats database is not retrieving these data.
Any help?

Hi David,

I would suggest that you open a support case with the Quest Support team for this case. We will need more information in order to resolve the OCS gathering issue and we would recommend that opening up the support case would be the best channel to get all your issues resolved.
