Hi,

here's another report we could find very useful.

As the Enterprise Voice usage with OCS is increasing and Microsoft is working to get OCS to be a full voice solution we could face a scenario in near future where our customers would need a call detail report to identify calls placed from and to their OCS.

I'm not talking about the amount of calls which is already available in Enterprise Voice reports, I'm thinking about a detailed list of (PSTN) calls from which we could see: from number, to number, length of call etc. And this report could be then sorted by department/office/user.

Basically I'm thinking about a report which our customers could use internally for billing purposes together with the current Enterprise Voice reports.

Hi Ville,

Thanks for your valuable suggestions and feedback. I have raised a feature request TFS # 100411 to add Call detail report and passed on your feature request to our Product Manager.
